By accessing or using bulkwhatsapp.com and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. By using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@bulkwhatsapp.com of any unauthorized use.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
Meta charges per conversation via the WhatsApp Business Platform. These charges are passed through at cost or with a small markup as displayed in your billing dashboard. You are responsible for these fees in addition to your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
The Service, including all software, designs, and content, is owned by BulkWhatsApp and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of the content you upload.
The Service integrates with WhatsApp Business API, payment processors, and other third parties. Your use of these is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkWhatsApp's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold BulkWhatsApp harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
